When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. When you use Kove, we may collect basic usage data such as pages visited and features accessed, along with device and browser information. We do not collect financial account information, trade history, or any personally sensitive data beyond what is needed to operate the service.
Your data is used to authenticate your account, provide and improve the Kove service, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, welcome messages), and communicate product updates when relevant. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
Kove uses a small number of third-party services to operate: Supabase for authentication and database storage, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Stripe for subscription billing. Each of these providers processes only the minimum data necessary for their function and operates under their own privacy policies and security standards.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including your email address and account history — is permanently removed. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings page.
Kove uses session cookies to keep you signed in across page loads. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
