Kove is an informational research tool that aggregates and summarizes publicly available market data, financial news, and economic information using AI. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. By using Kove, you acknowledge that all content is provided for informational purposes only and that you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate. You may not create accounts for others without their consent or use Kove for any unlawful purpose.
You may not use Kove to scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content for redistribution. You may not resell or sublicense access to Kove content. Automated access beyond normal personal use is not permitted without prior written permission. Kove reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro and Team subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
Kove is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of any data or AI-generated content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kove and its operators are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or indirect damages arising from use of or reliance on the platform. Your use of Kove is at your own risk.
